Terms of use

These terms apply to the games of RTN Studios (currently BallerFactory), their apps and this website, offered by RTN Studios ("we"). By playing you agree to them.
1. The game
BallerFactory is a football management game. All players, clubs and leagues in the game are fictional. Online leagues play one game week per day; we may change rules, balance, schedules and features to keep the game good and fair.
2. Your account
- You play with a random account. Keep your recovery code safe, or link Sign in with Apple or Google: without them we cannot restore your online teams on another device.
- You must be at least 13 years old to play online.
- One person, one account. Do not share or sell accounts.
3. Fair play and names
- Nicknames, club names and league names must not be offensive, discriminatory, sexual, or pretend to be someone else (including us).
- Do not cheat, use bots, exploit bugs on purpose or disturb other players' games. Please report bugs instead.
- We may change offensive names, remove teams, or block accounts that break these rules.
4. Purchases
- Extra team slots and private leagues are one-time in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play. Their terms and refund rules apply.
- Purchases give you a right to use that content in the game. They have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money.
- If we ever stop the online game, we will announce it in the game at least 60 days in advance.
5. Availability
We do our best to keep the game running, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of errors. Online matches are played by our server at the scheduled time, also when you are not online.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of game progress. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.
7. Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we tell you in the game about important changes. These terms are governed by the law of the country where RTN Studios is established, without taking away the protection of the consumer law of your country.
