Delete your BallerFactory account

In the app (immediately)

1. Open BallerFactory and go to Settings.
2. Under Online account, tap Delete account and confirm.

This deletes at once: your profile and nickname, your online teams (their clubs are taken over by computer managers), linked Apple/Google sign-ins, recovery code, purchase records, notification settings and devices, name reports you made, and your feedback messages.

Without the app

Email support@rtnstudios.be with the subject Delete my account and your nickname (or recovery code). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What stays

• Anonymous daily usage counts, which cannot be linked to you.
• Results already played in a league (club names and scores), which stay part of that league's history.
• Records the App Store or Google Play keep about your purchases, under their own policies.

Career saves are stored on your device only: remove them by deleting the app or the save in the main menu.

Purchases are not refunded when you delete your account; refunds go through Apple or Google.
